Laboratory Safety Training
Make-up Procedure for the Annual Safety Training
Please read and complete all of the following required steps to complete the make-up procedure for the Masonic Cancer Center's Annual Safety Training.
1. Watch a recording of the training by MARCH 2, 2009.
2. AFTER watching the training, you still must register for the training to certify that you have watched the recording in its entirety. NOTE: the form will include a time for the training. You can ignore this.
3. If you are a user of radioactivity or permit holder, you must complete an additional registration form to certify that you have watched the training in its entirety. NOTE: the form will include a time for the training. You can ignore this.
4. After you have completed the above steps, e-mail Sabine Fritz, fritz017@umn.edu, with your lab affiliation so she can send you training documentation for your lab records.
