Dr. Wiedmann received his Ph.D. in pharmaceutics for the University of Wisconsin in 1985. Following postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemistry and Biophysics at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, he joined the faculty in the Department of Pharmaceutics at the University of Minnesota in 1987.

Research Interests

Drug delivery with specific interests in the development of aerosol technology for the respiratory delivery of chemopreventive agents to rodents. Analysis of the influence of lung lining fluids on the distribution of drugs/carcinogens in the lung.
