Flow Cytometry
Community Outreach

The Flow Cytometry facility contributes to the Masonic Cancer Center's mission to educate the public about cancer research by demonstrating flow cytometry procedures both on-site at the Masonic Cancer Center and in the community.

Flow Cytometry at the Science Museum of Minnesota

The Science Museum of Minnesota's permanent Tissues of Life exhibit includes a cell sorter display created by the museum and Flow Cytometry staff.

The Flow Cytometry staff members also provide hands-on demonstrations of its equipment and they show computer animation of cell sorting at the Masonic Cancer Center's annual Cancer and the Human Body event at the Science Museum of Minnesota.
