(Jan. 10, 2008) Friends, family, and colleagues of Cancer Center Development Director Rosemary Gruber gathered at a reception January 10 in the Masonic Cancer Research Building to honor Rosemary's contributions to the Masonic Cancer Center and to wish her well in her retirement.

Speakers at the reception included Cancer Center Director Doug Yee, M.D.; Founding Director Emeritus John Kersey, M.D., Associate Director for Administration Mary Sumpmann, R.N.; and Patricia Porter, vice president of development for the Minnesota Medical Foundation.

Rosemary introduced many donors and community members to the Masonic Cancer Center in the eight years she was here. Many successes at the Masonic Cancer Center have depended on resources she brought to cancer research.
